PCA Group opens Latin American office in Sao Paulo

The PCA Group is proud to announce the opening of its Latin American office. Located in the centre of  Sao Paulo, the office will be managed by PCA Group's co-founder, James Wilkinson.  "Following our success in Europe, we are very excited to be able bring our proven Subscriber Base Management techniques to the rapidly expanding Telecoms Market in Latin America" says James. "As the market here is maturing towards saturation, retention is becoming a serious issue for the operators and we are already seeing a great demand for our skills".
